Welcome to Sai Lion Youth
Following a visit to London in 2011 by an ardent devotee of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the vision for Sai Lion Youth was first conceived in the United Kingdom. Under the direct guidance of the Divine Avatar of our times, Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba to Pankaj Agarwal, A VISION FOR THE YOUTH OF TODAY was created, so that they might become SHINING EXAMPLES OF BABA's LIVING LEGACY. In 2012 Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba once more brought Pankaj Agarwal from India to the UK inspiring further young volunteers to join him in implementing His teaching that “SERVICE TO MAN IS SERVICE TO GOD” and Sai Lion Youth was formed.

Our Mission
Sai Lion Youth is a 100% Volunteer led, Non-Profit Charity that supports the homeless, poor, elderly, and disabled. The Mission of Sai Lion Youth is to spread the message of unity, purity, and divinity through selfless service. We started serving food weekly to the homeless in London, but it took us a further 7 years to gain our formal charity accreditation, and in 2019 we were officially registered with the Charity Commission. Our Mission Is Baba’s Mission. “Service Will Lead You To Devotion. The youth of today are the future leaders of the nation and the architects of the new society. the future of a nation depends on its youth. the strength of the youth lies in their spirit of patriotism. the primary duty of the youth is to render service to the society. the physical and mental strength of the youth is the foundation on which a nation is built”. Our Vision
Sai Lion Youth represents people of all ages & stages. Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba has always put great emphasis on inspiring youth to help society and to build a healthier nation. The divine invitation to Seva (selfless service) is the gift to all souls to awaken to our spiritual inheritance, as expressions of Divine Atma. Our aims and objectives are to put the following into practice:
“THE HANDS THAT SERVE ARE HOLIER THAN THE LIPS THAT PRAY” We continue to do this on a weekly basis, by providing free hot and cold food, along with essential supplies to the homeless, the vulnerable, the elderly, and now increasingly, to those affected by the cost-of-living crisis. We also present spiritual events and educational activities throughout the year and our programme of activities continues to expand and grow, as we do. Please check our Events page for more info.
Volunteering
Current SEVA (service) activities are centred in London, but our vision, (with the grace of our beloved Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba), will soon see us expand nationally within the United Kingdom, and then further afield into the larger global family.Baba often referred to his devotees as Premaswaroopulara, (Embodiments of Love) and Atmaswaroopulara (Embodiments of Divine Atma). The Atma, (Soul) is ageless. All are children of God, and the divine invitation to seva (selfless service) is the gift to all souls to awaken to our spiritual inheritance, as expressions of divine Atma. Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba has always put great emphasis on inspiring youth to help society and build a healthier nation:
