Sai Lion Youth Volunteers

Sai Lion Youth was founded with a clear mission —to champion  Selfless Service as a catalyst for positive change. The charity  also envisions a future where education  in Human Values is accessible to all, irrespective of socio-economic backgrounds.

Every Saturday, our  wonderful family of Volunteers come together to clean, prepare, package, and distribute both hot and cold food from outside our current premises at Garden House. We are so grateful to our fellow London Charities,e.g. JalaramTemple, Brent Food Bank, Harrow CBS,  Burnt Oak Food Bank, Harrow VCS, FelixTrust, and to local businesses including Waitrose, Pret A Manger, Wenzels,and others for their generous Good Donations.

We Intend to expand our reach to providing food on other days in the week, and to broaden our geographical locations firstly in Greater London and then further afield. While still small but growing , Our Vision at Sai Lion Youth is limitless, as we have Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba to guide our every action and we follow His Strict Code of Conduct , policies and procedures according to His Will, to the best of our abilities.

We warmly welcome innovative projects, joint venture partnerships, and the support of Sai Devotees who have the time, energy, desire to serve,  and the resources to support our mission.

As we expand , so will our curriculum of spiritual events and activities. In 2023, with Baba's grace, we hosted a 7 day event, the SRIMAD Bhagavatam Saptah here in Harrow, feeding approximately 500 people daily, while conducting readings of the Bhagavatam, Bhajans and with daily Prasad and cooked food. you will find further details about that and other events on this page.
